Safety

The policy of MEC Technologies (MEC Electrical) is to provide a safe work place for its employees. MEC Technologies (MEC Electrical) has and maintains a published Safety Program. Our Safety Program is headed by a safety director, whose responsibility is to ensure that all employees are following its guidelines. Every department head conducts safety training on a regular basis including tool box talks. Weekly inspections are conducted, and issues are address immediately. The OSHA 10 hour safety course is a requirement of all employees.

MEC Technologies (MEC Electrical) holds many safety certifications including the ASHE certification giving our employees the training necessary for working in health care environments. As a result we have become the contractor of choice by leading hospitals and medical facilities in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire areas.

The safety director continually makes recommendations and implements modifications for continual improvement to the company wide Safety Program. Measures are taken to eliminate hazards on every project we do.
